1. Scope of Application



This policy applies to all pet crystal necklaces and handmade accessories purchased from our website. By placing and paying for an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these return and refund terms.



2. Product Nature Disclaimer



All our pet crystal jewelry is 100% handmade with natural crystal materials. Slight differences in size, color, texture, and details are normal due to craftsmanship and natural properties, and do not qualify as quality defects. Minor color differences caused by lighting, screen display, or photography are objective and unavoidable, and shall not be used as reasons for returns or refunds.



3. No Returns or Refunds Without Reason



As our products are handmade and customized pet accessories, they are unique and non-resalable. We do NOT accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds for any unreasonable or personal reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Personal dislike or subjective dissatisfaction
  • Unsuitable size or unexpected wearing effect
  • Minor handmade differences or natural crystal variations
  • Color differences on different screens
  • Accidental orders or duplicate orders by the buyer
  • Package refusal or change of mind for personal reasons

All the above situations are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.



4. Eligible After-Sales Cases (Quality Issues Only)



We only provide after-sales service for verified quality issues caused by our fault:

  1. Obvious damage, cracks, or missing accessories
  2. Wrong items, wrong styles, wrong colors, or missing products shipped by us
  3. Obvious craftsmanship defects that affect normal use

Application Requirements

  1. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery
  2. Clear photos and video evidence must be provided
  3. Order number and recipient information must be provided
  4. After verification, we may offer:
    • Free reshipment of correct items
    • Replacement of damaged or missing parts
    • Partial or full refund (at our discretion)



5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Situations



The following cases are NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  1. Any subjective reasons not related to product quality
  2. Claims made more than 48 hours after delivery
  3. Failure to provide valid photo or video proof
  4. Damage caused by pet biting, pulling, improper wearing, or human damage
  5. Damage due to improper use, washing, alteration, or storage
  6. Normal logistics delays caused by customs inspection, weather, or holidays
  7. Delivery failure or additional fees due to incorrect buyer address or contact info
  8. Unreasonable refusal of delivery by the buyer
  9. Delays caused by third-party logistics or force majeure



6. Shipping Fees for Returns



  1. Return shipping fees are covered by us only for verified quality issues
  2. Return fees, reshipment fees, and customs costs caused by buyer errors or refusal shall be borne by the buyer
  3. Buyers may not return items without prior approval; otherwise, we reserve the right to reject the package



7. Refund Processing Time



  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method
  2. Delays in bank receipt are beyond our control



8. Package Refusal & Abandonment



  1. Unreasonable refusal of delivery is regarded as order abandonment; payments are non-refundable
  2. All logistics, customs, storage, and return fees caused by refusal shall be borne by the buyer
  3. If a package is abandoned due to non-delivery, no refund or reshipment will be provided

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect immediately upon publication.
